I love to read

I LOVE to read. I would read all day long if life would let me. My favorite genre is in fact classic novels. I adore them. I have a goal to read all the classics in my life time. So I decided I wanted to make a list of my favorite books. What better place to make that list than on the internet?

1. The Book of Mormon and The Bible

2. Wuthering Heights

3. Jane Erye

4. Tess of the D'Urbervilles

5. Lord of the Flies
6. Life of Pi
7. all the Harry Potters
8. all the Work and the Glories
9. all the Leven Thumps
10. The Count of Monte Cristo
The Last 5 are in no certain order but the first 5 are in that order. I am a proud owner of all these books. But if anyone finds my copy of the Life of Pi I would be very happy. :) I let a girl borrow it at young womens once and she never returned it is what I am thinking happened to it.

Sunday activities

"Kathy what should I do today?" I asked. "Why don't you learn to fold origami?" She said and she continued to compose her letters to missionaries. "That sounds like a good idea." So while everyone else was busy writing missionaries, studying for tests, and making cake, I was busying myself with the art of folding paper. Here are the fruits of my labors. A tulip, turtle, and a horse. I also made and envelope and plan to send a letter in it! Sundays are awesome.

Quelf

You may wonder about all the random pictures but believe it our not they are all related. These were taken during crazy game called Quelf. The point of the game is to do weird tasks that help you to get to the center of the board. It's a really fun game. Thanks Emily Chipman for bringing it up!

Another kind of cleaning the sink

This was a really gross andventure. Turns out 6 girls all using the same sink for a semester makes for a messy clean up.

Snow Shoeing

We love snow shoeing! We just decided one day to go to the ORC, rent snow shoes, and go up the canyon. We packed a lunch and made a day of it. It was so much fun and such a great experience. Next time we know not to wear so many layers. We went overboard a little bit and it got really really hot. From top to bottom left to right there is Alyssa, Talor, Talor's good friend, (her name escapes me) Kaylen, Kathy, Emily, and Paige.
Kathy and Paige. Kathy loves to eat lunch!!!
I had the hardest time getting on this fence but Kathy just jumped on it like it was nothing.

Sleep over!

I love my roommates! Pictured here we have Talor, Emily, Paige, and our new addition Kathy!!!! She is awesome and always up for a party. She fit right into our little apt. She is going into nursing and transferred here from UVU. She is out of control but it is great fun.
We decided it would be fun (because we didn't have school on Monday) to have a sleep over as roommates. We brought all our mattresses down and put them in the living room. It was squishy but so much fun! We were diving off the couches and off the railing onto the blankets and pillows we had. We were jumping all over the place just having a great time. Then we had to take a break for ward prayer and scones, but after that it was back to the craziness. We borrowed Super Mario Bros. from one of our friends and played the video game to get us into the mood for the movie. It didn't work very well because most everyone fell asleep but it was still a great night. Putting everything back in the morning however; not so much fun.
